Allvistar focuses on executive and board search, leadership development and strategic advisory services, internationally. The firm was founded by Alberto Lidji, whose experience, expertise and networks provide clients with access to highly diverse, international talent; bespoke leadership development opportunities; and strategic advice based on the latest trends and developments within the social impact space.
In 2019, Alberto launched the Do One Better Knowledge Hub and Podcast, which is widely recognised as a leading source of social impact strategy, featuring more than 300 CEOs from some of the world's leading organisations.
Alberto is a Visiting Professor at Strathclyde Business School and was formerly the Global CEO of the Novak Djokovic Foundation. He was also Director of Development at the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation and a Partner at a London-based search firm. He holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics (Masters in Management).
